Owner management charges
Management and maintenance charges are shared equally between the 24 flats in Devoncourt.
They cover the cost of keeping in good repair the shared communal parts of the building, external parts of the building,
car park and the land area, to make the site attractive, safe, and to maintain all in good repair.
The Management charges are subject to annual review, normally in line with inflation.
Administration and winter care* is not charged if the flat is let to Holiday Makers for more than 12 weeks a year through Devoncourt Holidays.
Water Rates is the utility bill for the use of water in your flat which may vary at any demanded by South West Water
Rubbish Collection is the utility bill for the disposal of rubbish from your flat which may vary at any demanded by Torbay Council/CSH
TV hire is entirely optional it is the provision on hire of a 26” flat screen DTV
TV Licence is the share of the colour TV Licence for the building.
Building Maintenance external is a fund to paint and maintain the external building and roof wall
Broadband wifi access free in most flats.
