Rubbish Collection is 1/24th utility bill for the disposal of rubbish [variable] collectively billed by CSH

TV hire is optional it is the provision on hire of a 26 flat screen DTV

TV Licence is the share of the colour TV Licence for the building.

Building Maintenance external for the maintenance of the external building, walls, car park, drive, boundaries, lighting and security.

Major repairs/renewals expenses are not included in service charges and will be billed separately.

Service charges are subject to annual review:-

Broadband wifi is available - subject to conditions.

Sky connection is available through a multi-dish [management owned] on the roof

BT telephone is available to order. There is spare capacity in the our cabling.
