	This is the view from an apartment in Devoncourt. All have views over Brixham Harbour, and Brixham Marina, and across the Bay to Paignton and Torquay. All apartments' sea facing windows are double glazed.

From this lounge there are extensive views of the sea and beach Most apartments have a double and single bed in the bedroom and a double bed-settee in the lounge, sleeping five. 	The kitchen is fully equipped with Full cooker. Microwave. Toaster. Refrigerator. and all pots and plans, plates, cups, mugs glasses and cutlery.
	A Typical bedroom with a single and double bed. also in the bedroom is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror etc. and for a cold snap a powerful heater. Devoncourt's wifi reception is best in the bedroom (because Brixham Marina's wifi at the front of the flat is very powerful)
